1. dont use ur staff account
2. to admin .. if you're gonna recruit a staff PLEASE train them for 1 week
3. to admin again .. if u have a police or helper staff disable the @item on their accounts
4. to admin again .. if the helper or police wants an item, give them the item but make it not tradable
5. and lastly if ur a helper or a police dont use ur account for pvp or woe

i think the one ur asking are automatically will be done.... specially the last one... if those things are not implemented... well i guess there will be abuse....
the admin should know it

not automatically... Coz someone have some items that cant be acquired yet in this servers earliest stage(LHZ cards set and etc.).

Maybe not disable the @items at the police/helper but make their Police/Helper acount not be able to trade anything or drop. Same goes for Sub-Gm's and GM.

ALL NEW STAFF cannot do TRADE DROP ITEM AND ITEM MAKE...
only 4 person can make... i dont want to tell the name of it...
